The Party Wall etc Act 1996 is the legislation that regulates any type of construction work that affects shared walls, joint boundaries and structures that may be within 3 or 6 meters of any new excavations. This may sound scary, but our qualified team can help navigate through all aspects of the Act. This could be serving simple notices of intended work all the way through to producing compliant Party Wall Agreements. We are happy to act as Building owner surveyors and Adjoining owner surveyors. We are adept at conflict resolution and our skill set, ultimately, gets the best result for all parties concerned.

We can offer a variety of valuations . All of these are undertaken using the RICS valuation standards (Red Book). If a large amount of valuation work is required, we are qualified for the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme. This can be added to our portfolio immediately.
